Travis Foxhall

Travis Foxhall is a Venture Partner with Arc Labs, based in São Paulo. Travis is Chief of Staff at Neon, a leading challenger bank in Brazil, and serves as a part-time advisor to the Arc team on business development and portfolio operations in Latin America.

Prior to joining Arc Labs, Travis was an investor with Quona Capital, an emerging markets fintech fund, where he led deal sourcing for Latin America. Earlier in his career, Travis worked in corporate strategy roles at JPMorgan Chase and Thomson Reuters in New York. In both roles, he worked on internal consulting engagements for senior management, with a focus on financial technology and innovation.

Travis graduated with distinction from Yale University.

Pablo Ricaud

Pablo Ricaud joined Arc Labs as a Vice President in 2019. Pablo is responsible for managing Arc’s Latin Amercian operations and spearheads the firm’s international Business Development efforts.

Prior to joining Arc Labs, Pablo was Head of Partnerships at Smart Lending, a digital platform for mortgage loans in Mexico. He was previously an early employee of PayJoy, a smartphone financing platform for underbanked consumers, where he was responsible for Business Development and scaled the financing program in Mexico.

Valentina Valencia

Valentina Valencia is a Senior Fund Management Associate at Arc Labs, where she handles the firm’s Finance, Accounting, and Risk Management functions. She is a graduate of Hult International Business School, where she majored in Finance.

Prior to joining Arc Labs, Valentina was a Senior Financial Analyst at PayJoy Inc., a fintech company, where she oversaw the company's financial planning and loan management.

Valentina was raised in Cali, Colombia, where she plans one day bring her experience to her hometown’s financial services industry.
